Embedded Software Engineer



Vacancy for an Embedded Software Engineer in the province of Gelderland. Your years of experience will come in handy as you’ll work on products in the field of sustainability. This market leader focused on product development for consumers and business applications has their full product development department in-house at their location near Geldermalsen. In this role, you will not only develop new software (bare-metal and higher), but also collaborate with your multidisciplinary colleagues focused on IoT and cloud applications.

As a part of one of the four teams inside the R&D department you will be working in the growing sub-team: Embedded Software. This team focuses on the connectivity between devices, as well as the interfaces between humans and devices. Over time, you can grow into an embedded specialist in one of our other product groups. Your challenge is to convert the functional requirements of the products into working code for embedded systems.


This product development company offers a salary between €3.500, - and €5.000, -, a thirteenth-month payment, and a comprehensive package of secondary employment benefits in accordance with the collective labor agreement for the metal and electro industry, including 27 vacation days, 13 reductions of working hours days, and a good pension scheme.

Position requirements

✔ You have worked with C, C++ or Python.
✔ Maintaining and developing in their test environment Robot Framework.
✔ Passing through your knowledge to junior embedded software developers.
